Testimony on Bill C-15 before the Canadian Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs

Here is my testimony on Bill C-15 which introduce mandatory minimum sentences for certain drug production and trafficking offences in Canada.

By the way, I'm now on Twitter if anyone wants to follow me. And you can also post your twitter address in the comments section and I'll check it out.

  1. Very well done, and good idea on extending the reporting. In case a LEAP member gets another opportunity to testify, you might dig into the US history on mandatory minimums and why we've decided to roll them back. Canada can learn from our mistakes.

  3. Had to go to Facebook to find the youtube link David. Either the latest update from internet explorer messed up my computer or the update on my spyware program did. I'm not getting the picture link on here and a few other sites.
I'll figure it out eventually, at least I can still get around the web.
Very nice to listen to you and a big thank you. Go Canada!!

  4. It's internet explorer that's causing me problems. Went to another web browser and I'm not having any problems now.
